Simple BB/Android email entry form

I need a very simple app creating that has the following 3 screens:
1. Home screen with artwork and large centre button that loads screen 2
2. Text entry screen with artwork limited to 100 words with "Submit" button and "Advanced" button
3. "Successfully sent" screen and pop up alert text
The user will enter text on screen 2 and submit will send this text to a stored email address, I will supply this. This email address will auto-reply with a message and that text will be shown on screen 3. All screens will have a theme and artwork that I have.
There will be a settings menu where users can change the default email address to be sent to - available on screen 1.
