I would like to get bids on a mobile app which is built to provide 2 individuals video communication over there phones instantly when this app is initiated. I would like to have control functions over one side of the participants usage, to control membership. These individuals are the ones who get the incoming video connection to use this app as a paid service.
This app will be used to provide real time video feed to subject matter experts for advice in a certain industry. To all other non service paying individuals who decide to download the app it is free to use for video advice. It can be a one button app front, that has only one function, which is to connect the video to the assigned person or multiple persons for immediate assistance until an expert is on the video.
If you make it work with Google hangout or some other video technology Im not sure the best ways to do these things but but as long as I am ok to sell the service of the application still i want easy and cheap and this is a good idea I will get you on the back end with a bonus. Thanks
