iPhone / iPad Application that update to WEB

I need an apple application that will be used internally for UPDATING of schedules that should reflect in real time at a designated site for viewing. Please check the screenshots of what I basically need. Flow: Operator receives a call for an appointment. Operator updates schedule of staff in iPad or iPhone. Once updated through the app, it should automatically reflect at our designated site that we can view to see the current schedules. I would like to be able to edit staff (in case of resignations), edit schedule (in case of error), add new branch (if ever we expand), add new services --- an application that will grow along with us.
