There will be Picture on Smart Phone or Tablet. Smart Phone or Tablet based on Android. Visual device is Smart TV also based on Android. e.g. Sansui Full HD Smart TV. Both Mobile and TV will be on same wifi network. If user clicks on image displayed on Mobile, one fixed video will be played. This video is stored on Mobile for simplicity. But if simpler to store video on TV, it does not matter. Main requirement is that this video (along with related music/ voice) will be seen only on Smart TV. But at the same time video should not be displayed on mobile and voice should not be heard on mobile. Same picture will be kept showing on mobile.
