Android Mobile development with python server backend for content updating, geolocation data a must. Video and image container, basic text webview etc

I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. Notes: The server preferred is on a SHARED Linux server with python from linode (fallback and not ideal is Linux but on GoDaddy so PHP and other standard languages available on that platform). Images pulled from a folder that's stored online on a server and displayed in a grid in the app, clickable to enlarge, and clickable to move to the next picture. Share button for each picture. Movie container for displaying specific streaming movies from a specific Vimeo profile. Pull from list on server for updating. Geolocation tracking and analytics: each install of the app needs a unique number generated. Gps info sent and stored on server, most likely when images are viewed and then when shared and by what method, and a gps log pulled from phone on regularly intervals, for analytics and displayed on a map on server. Data analytics needs to know where images are shown and shared in relation to regular gps data of not shown images for marketing geolocation financial knowledge. An index page leading to a few standard html text type page views with written resume and artist bio content, with an on the fly pdf creation of that same page available to be sharable. Page will be updatable by being pulled from server.
