Hi, I did similar project before. I can do that as hybrid app so the same source codes for both platforms which decrease time and cost. This bid is for Android app. iOS is $100 extra. I suppose all information saved on the device. I see "On submit" but it is not mentioned if you already have a website/cloud service to store information online and any API for that. If you need integrate with already existing API please tell me. If you need to develop that backend/API I can do that. Just tell me that. Waiting for your message to start discussion.
