Build a Mobile Social App

*Read carefully before bidding. Mock-ups & unserious biddings will be ignored* This is a request to create, code and design a mobile social application that will work from mobile to mobile only. No website is associated the the application for the moment. To seperate from spammers, please start your presentation text with the word "SWAN". We are looking for dedicated people or group that can work extensively. We are putting all our savings on this project. This app will be different from all other social apps in the world and you will have to sign a NDA before continuing. At this stage, we are tendering the project and would want to know the price freelancers would choose to do the work. Interesting freelancers would be called upon for further details. So please read carefully. Payement will not be awarded after project delivery. A downpayement of 50% will be done at project delivery. However, 10% of the profits of each other month would be issued to the awarded bidder till the full payement is fullfilled. Quality work would be appreciated and 5% bonus would be possible but not promised if the work was extraordinary. Main details as follows : - Users will login using social or signup with mail - Users can take pictures and videos and send them to other users - Users can recieve pictures and videos and either : thumb up/ thumb down/comment/report/close picture or video. - Users can chat together and send to each other picture/videos/audio/text. - Some options can be upgraded by buying in-app - Users can block other users - Enable admin back-end for all check-up of counters, statistics, etc... You will have to report daily on progress and screenshot the progress as well. We expected at the end to recieve all the files including history files and unused information. We also expect to recieve the final release version, the same that will be submitted to Google Store. We may recruit you again for Appstore.
