I need someone to create a system (whether by app/google sheets/excel/google forms) for clocking in/out system allowing students to clock in/out.
1. Each student would have an own QR Code.
2. Our institute would have different staff to scan different students’ QR Code when they clock in.
3. When we scan the Student’s QR Code, we can then clock in the student.
The other way round is
1. Our institute will create and print a QR Code specific to a particular room.
2. Students who come to the particular room should scan the QR Code.
3. When a staff members arrives to the room, they will open the app to log in, and then scan the QR Code to clock in, to show that they have arrived on site.
Requirements
1. The database – if it is in the format of google sheets or google forms, it would be preferred.
2. App to be IOS and android compatible.
3. All clockin/out code scans will need to be recorded in a database (preferably excel /google sheets compatible) that is accessible from an admin panel that office staff can access. Details that will be recorded is student’s name and their mobile no., clocking in date/time, clocking out date/time, name of room.
4. Admin can pre-enter the students’ information in a database including name and mobile phone number.
5. Admin will need the ability to assign QR codes to specific rooms within the admin panel.
6. Admin will need to be able to set up app usernames and passwords.
