Create a Cross-Platform App Mockup

Looking to hire someone to create a cross-platform (iOS/Android) app mockup/wireframe on a fixed price basis. The actual app will be designed in Xamarin Studio. We are looking for a profession and beautiful design. Generally, the following is required:

(a) User sign-in page;

(b) User sign-up page (name, date of birth, username, password, confirmation of reading terms of service);

(c) Carousal tour which can be skipped;

(d) Layout will generally have a bottom tab bar (5-7 items), search feature at top, link to cart and user page at top (for all pages);

(e) main page with similar layout and function to the Houzz app “home” page (and corresponding sub-pages);

(f) products page with similar layout and function to the Houzz app “shop page” (i.e. has categorical classifications, filter abilities, individual product pages with product price, reviews, descriptions, ability to add to cart, and link to manufacturers website) - there should be the ability to add items to a cart and purchase (and corresponding sub-pages);

(g) news feed with similar layout to Houzz app “latest” page (and corresponding sub-pages);

(h) social page with three sub pages: (a) messaging page(s) for messaging other registered users; (b) forum; and (c) blog page (and corresponding sub-pages);

(i) user page (with photo, ability to log-out, settings, about, terms of service, link to verification page) (and corresponding sub-pages);

(j) verifications pages where there user can provide photo ID and have it verified (and corresponding sub-pages);

(k) guided tour page where people can fill in survey information and schedule an online video conference appointment with select users;

(l) page for online video conference with other registered user at the scheduled time.

I expect this will be a collaborative process and we encourage you to take creative liberties, which you believe will create a beautiful and professional layout, with a great user experience. The above is just a general guideline, and there may be some revisions based on our discussions and your input. This will be for a different industry than what is contemplated in the Houzz app.
