Create iOS app for a music website

I have a responsive music website to download mp3s. It is now working perfect on desktop and android. I want to create iOS app so iPhone/iPad users can benefit from it. The application should have internal browser and open my website automatically. It should also have "Downloads" tab where downloaded songs should appear. The user should be able to create playlist from these songs, and listen offline. For more details, please see attached pdf.
