Experienced Backend Developer (Golang)

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to join our existing development team and help us create the first true recommendation sharing social network – Spotlas. Skills: It is essential that you have extensive backend experience using Go, including experience with databases, specifically Postgres and PostgreSQL. It would also be great if you have some experience working with client side iOS (Swift) however this is not essential. Finally, it would be a bonus if you have experience with client Android, but again this is not essential. Given that we are already months into development, it is also very important that you are comfortable picking up and working from an extensive preexisting code base. Working Requirements: We are ideally looking for candidates who are available part time but who want a project that they can fully invest in and take ownership of – attaching their own success to the success of the project. Therefore, as we want our team to be very passionate about the project, we have very high standards for work ethic and members of our team do not approach the job as a standard "9 to 5". We also have very high standards for organisation and communication – it is important that you can fluently speak, read and write English. We are more than happy for team members to work remotely and be flexible with their working hours.
