Fitness Interval Timer Mobile App

Looking to get a simple fitness timer mobile app created. I want an app that allows me to create custom interval timers with customized music playlists and other sound effects. I'll need a settings menu to let me customize the time intervals of "working out" and "resting" periods. For example when i start the work out, I'll press play on the workout and it will have my custom music playlist plugged in and a sound effect (like a countdown of 3..2..1... and a whistle blowing). when the 1 minute is up, the music will stop and a sound effect will go off letting people know to rest. Then the interval timer will start for the resting period for however long it was set for in the customized settings. Once the resting period is over, another sound effect will go off and start the next 1 minute of the working out period. This will repeat for the time you selected in the settings.
Other features of the app:
--a settings menu to let you choose rest periods and exercise periods and length of workout. ability to change sound effects when the timer hits, and ability to load custom music playlists.
--I would like to have pre loaded mp3 files that will play in the begging and during rest periods. these will be motivational speakers
--I would like the ability to have music customized from preloaded playlists already on your phone.
--I would also like the ability to pay certain sections of a song, rather then the song starting from the beginning. For example, if i have a playlist of 30 songs. I would like to have a feature that lets you select a certain time period from the song, like playing from times 1:23-1:53 of the song. so during the workout periods it'll play those pre selected songs at the pre-selected songs.
The screen will display the current timer ticking, how much time remaining, stat stop and pause buttons .
There is a similar app on the apple app store called "Interval Timer HIIT Workouts". its blue with 0:30 in the app picture
