We need to fork the ethereum blockchain and release as our own blockchain with an additional feature to the blockchain. Forking the ethereum blockchain with the change of creating a wallet in blockchain to collect fee from every transaction and at beginning of month distribute those fees to coins holder based on the percentage of coins they hold. For example i hold 10% of coins in my address then beginning of month i get 10% of fee collects in that wallet from precious month. Main 3 integration of new code 1. Transaction Wallet recieves fee from every transaction, no one has private keys, private keys are held by blockchain itself. 2. 1st of every month fees collected in transaction wallet would get distributed to all coin holders based on amount of coins they hold. Ex: my wallet have 25% of the total coins, then 1st of month i get 25% of fees collected. 3. 1st day of month @ 12:08am, then new transaction wallet generated and fees begin to go to new wallet. then fees collected from previous month distribute to all people as discuss based on percrentage of coins they hold in there wallet. 10% of coins in wallet so they receive 10% of transaction fees. also need to create wallet for coins and blockchain explorer
