GPS mapping software

Currently using an old GPS mapping software called AgGPS ez-map made by Trimble many years ago. It used the old Windows mobile OS. Windows mobile computers are hard to come by now days and need a new program. New programs that I have found like Trimble farm works mobile software and SMS mobile software don't allow me to map the different point and/or line files i need. Ideally, I would have the same program I use now, made to run on windows 10, or some sort of shell that would allow me to open this program in windows 10 and use it like any other windows 10 program. Attached is a screen shot of the current program. I can see a potential problem with the screen orientation and resolution.
Windows 10 would be ideal. Android OS may work out also
