I'm a business development consultant with over 30 years experience. I work with a team of freelancers to deliver solutions for clients. I had a very active account on Elance since 2004 but do not rate Upwork hence why I am looking on freelancer.
I need a mobile developer to create a loyalty smart app for an existing client. The app would need to work cross platform on iPhone and Android.
The app is for an independent gym with a membership of around [login to view URL] gym's membership is validated by a membership CRM system for which there is an API that could be used to pass the member details to the Loyalty App. The member information would then display the members name, member type e.g. Gold, Silver and confirm their membership is up to date. This information would need to be displayed on a page in the app that the member would show to the assistant to gain the correct discount.
The loyalty app is similar to most apps allowing points to be added by the management interface, or manually scanning a QR code, and also add points when a member visits the gym. For the latter this data would pulled from the CRM cloud system. The CRM has an API
The app must allow unlimited offers to be added and allow offers to be pushed to members based on their membership type.
We require a simple interface to add offers and manage the application. Offers would be added through a WYSIWYG interface.
We would also like to add a payment gateway where we decide to charge a partner retailer to send offers to our members
We would require the standard offer types
Loyalty e.g. have nine coffees get the tenth free the counter assistant would type in a number for the day or scan a QR code.
Time limited offers – when an offer goes live and comes off
Send birthday offers to members – we can extract the birthdate data from the CRM system.
Rather than develop an app from scratch we are ideally looking for a freelancer that has a core app already developed that they can customise for our use.
We would see this as a long term opportunity for the right developer
