• Must contain two ways to login:
a) Customer
b) Business
You can login by using your customer number or business number and password. You should also be able to login by using a card that contains the information in the magnetic strip for both customers and businesses. Once logged in you can see the corresponding virtual office (homepage) of the corresponding user.
Customer
1. Must be able to see surrounding business that are affiliated with the company (as seen in [login to view URL])
2. Must be able to see the virtual office (Affiliates, rewards, and register others) as seen in [login to view URL]
3. Must be able to see their rewards card balance as well as their account statement.
4. Must be able to change their website passwords (as seen in [login to view URL]) and their rewards card password
5. Must be able to add funds to their rewards card
Business
1. Must be able to see their virtual office (as seen in [login to view URL]) to submit charges done by the customers by using the customer’s number and the amount charged for (or using the magnetic strip of the card to read the customers information and then submit the amount charged)
2. Must be able to see the transaction history made to the customers (as seen in [login to view URL])
3. When charging the customer with the NGRewards cards, it must charge the customer and automatically capture the amount charged to the customer to pay the rewards.
NGRewards
1. Must be able to assign reward cards to businesses and customers
2. Must be able to access daily cutovers of the amount business process in order to pay the following day.
3. Must be able to change the amount registered (in case of a submission error by the business)
4. Must be able to sell recharge of cards to the customers.
