Users need way to sign up and have admin panel. Users need to enter details about there vehicle to sell such as Year, make and model thru a series of drop down menus, and answer a few questions about vehicle. This info will then be sent to users who are signed up as buyers, they will then respond with a bid and or a question they can write in a text box. Users need to be able to communicate thru messaging thru the app. Seller will decide who to sell the car to and then they're information will be exchanged... I also need a way for the buyers to know geographically how far away the away the vehicle is from them, this needs to be shown as soon as buyers receive the vehicles to bid on. It is not a auction, so users dont see what other users are offering for the vehicle. I do have have wire frames and a flow chart I can share, once I receive a signed NDA.... All code will be my property. I will not pay any large sum of money up front. I will expect dates for milestones..
