I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. hello webbunny we are a real estate company. we are starting out online so want a rental ptoperty listings website, a cross platform app and a backend office app for uploading data. currently the app is being visually build in adobe illustrator cc. we are looking for a creative dev who build the app from visual designs exactly as it is, all the functions, flows, cycles with material design. it must b well optimzed flexible yet easy to use and smaller size.

Hello Sir, I read your project description and here what I understood from it about the application. 1) Your application will have a back-end where you can upload the properties and set their rents. etc. 2) The front end will be of course where users search and find a property to be rented. If I understood that correctly then I will be able to develop the application according to the design provided. I will be developing this application in Android. But else I want to mention the technologies to be used. 1) Firebase Real-time Databases for data-storage. 2) Firebase Hosting for your back-end (It will be website admin panel where you can upload the stuff) Time I mentioned is maximum because I like to take my time to make sure Application is behaving as expected to.
