I need an experienced app developer for ios and android to build an app from scratch. The app should be created for a subscription based app. Customers will subscribe to the app and should pay a monthly payment to have access to a content inside the app. I will provide English mini-stories texts to be inserted inside the app. I will also provide the audio for every story text. I will provide a total of 10 mini-stories text with their audio in MP3. These texts and audio should be synchronized. When customers access the app, they will listen to mini-stories audio and follow the script on the cellphone screen. It will be just like an audio-book but students can listen and see the stories script on the mobile phone screen. A free account is a must for customers to try the app. But basic account, customers can have access to just one mini-story. If they sign up for a Premium account, they will have access to full full content. But once they cancel their subscription they will be downgraded to basic account. When downgrading, customers will have access to only one story just like before. Stories can only be streamed, and download must not be allowed. I need a CPanel for both ios and android where I can add or delete the audio stories and text. audios and texts stories should be synchronized easily and intuitively from CPanel. Also an in-app subscription. Should provide a tutorial on how to synchronize audio and texts in the CPanel. I need a full app from scratch, which includes app source code, app submission to both Google Play Store and Apple Store, UI design, app splash screen, app icon, Mockup, app description, etc.. This app must be build from scratch with unlimited revision. I have already got domain name and have paid fee to Google Play store and Apple store.
