Need to fix tags

Already have a mobile-friendly website, but need a small fix to the meta tags (I think)... currently if a user clicks on the homescreen icon, the website opens in full screen mode as expected- if they log in to the site, then click on a menu, the link opens in a regular browser window and they're being asked to log in again.
