Good Evening Pros, We need help building a SMS Chat bot that the only task for it will be to ask for reviews This is something we want to offer to our customers, we are a PPC management company and our customers are small business. [login to view URL] our review request will be text to our customers 2. customer then will either grade from 1 to 5 if they like the service or if they will recommend our services to family and friends with options to Yes or NO Base on the respond we will send command so for example if they respond NO then we can reply to them to: tell us why within the text or a form within. if they Respond YES then we can respond with 3 options such as Review us on: YELP, GOOGLE or FACEBOOK Its just and example and again this will be for Our customers (small business) to use we will offer this to our customer (small businesses) to use as part of using our ppc management services. Please reply if you have any questions or concerns again this is for real cutomers that will use it and we want to offer this as a thank you for our ppc services. also they will have to have individual access like a Subscription with their own sign in. Thank you please let me know how much something like this cost and if it is even possible.

I suggest you to make it using Microsoft Bot Framework, it's a free, open source , robust and multiplatform Bots SDK from Microsoft that can be used on pretty any system: SMS, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp... it supports advanced features too (like intent prediction, autocorrection...)
