I need an OCR/OMR app to read papers like the attached image realtime. The app should be able to read the 2017-10-29 4:55PM (purple) and 2017-11-14 1:05PM (orange) and display it on an overlay of the screen. It should also identify if the colour is purple (above) or orange(below) or use the value at the top right of the card. The image on the right shows the real time reading on the app (app should work similar to the image, identifying the data points in real time and display it as an overlay.

The budget for this is $250 maximum. Please do not put in fake bids if you are not willing to do it for the bid price.

The app priority is Android but should be iOS compatible as well in the future without much effort (after the android version is finalized)

As i do not require any UI, it is important that this is finished quickly and I expect at most 7 days to complete. If you do well, there are many other projects for you for the long term.
