Суть программы заключается в управлении сетью вай-фай. Программа должна уметь находить все сети, если свободная то подключаться если нет то, чтобы пользователь мог сам подключиться. Программа должна иметь приоритет среди сетей (критерии сетей по которому она будет подключаться), то есть между лимитированной и нелимитированным, параметр лимитованости можно было поставить вручну.приоритет по скорости, а также по времени работы. (Возможность устанавливать временные рамки работы сетей). Если пользователь начинает активно использовать лимитированную сеть. То переключить на нелимитированной, и предупредить об этом.
