Redevelop two React Native apps

We are a marketplace business that provides home cleaning services to the customer by connecting them with a contractor through our platform. Our platform uses algorithms based around contractor availability and customer requirements to manage the connection process. Currently, within the contractor (we call it crew) app, the contractors (we call them crew) can currently accept new jobs which will be added to their calendar on the back end of our web platform. This crew app needs to be be significantly expanded to allow for many more functions to be added, such as for the crew to be able to communicate with the customer in real time (with the customer responding form the customer app which I will talk about next), to be able to accept jobs, to be able to view their entire schedule, to be able to access a library of resources to help with the cleaning process, to view a cleaning checklist for each job they attend, to be able to login and log out of a cleaning occurrence (which would notify the customer through the customer app). There are many other functions we would be looking to implement to this app also, but generally standard things that a contractor would re quire - eg. Invoice management, manage availabilities, provide feedback about the clean etc. Secondly, would be a customer app that would provide the other side of the cleaning process. The customer would be able to view their bookings and the profile of the cleaner who is coming for each clean, they would be able to communicate directly with the cleaner from within the app, they would be able to request to reschedule a clean, they would be able to provide feedback about a clean, they would be able to see when the crew member has checked in and checked out of cleaning their property and they would be able to rate the cleaning service. Behind these two apps would be our backend on Heroku and with PostgreSQL. The Crew app is partially built and active (in enterprise version), however the customer would need to be built, with potentially simply creating an app interface for the web page to be displayed on very cleanly. SCOPE- - Assist in the design of the layout and flow of the apps - Build upon the existing Crew app to implement features and functions mentioned above - Design and fully develop the Customer app - Perform all troubleshooting and bug fixing of the app
