Here is the description: 1. This is an app which has a directory of service providers: plumbers, handy men, repair guys, damp proofing, painters etc. 2. They subscribe to the App to get leads or they just buy leads when they see it. Subscribers pay a monthly fee. Those who buy leads pay each time they buy the lead. 3. Up to 3 of these service providers can buy leads – not every single one of them. The first 3 will be the only ones who buy the lead, even if there are 10 different service providers who can do the job. 4. The contractor or service provider should be able to use the platform to contact the client, send them a preliminary quote, client can accept or reject quote, and the contractor or service provider can be rated or reviewed via the App or website. 5. The lead comes in and all the contractors/service providers for that lead, eg: painting, get a notice that a client needs a painter. 6. Once 3 of these painters buy the lead, it can’t be bought further. 7. The client would like a link to their online paint and hardware supply store, so that these contractors/service providers can buy their materials and hardware from them online. 8. They also want to be able to see a report of who gets good reviews and ratings, so they can give them a discount on their subscription or price of leads. I’m not sure yet how to do this part, so if you can advise me, that will be great. It could be an automatically generate discount code - if that is simple and easy to do. 9. Payment gateways and a gateway to accept credit and debit care payments. 10. Must work on Android and iOS.
