I need a simple Android mobile SMS app for my workplace. It should work as an sms sender. You will be able to make a random delay between each sms. e.g. 300-450 seconds delay per sms. You will be able to upload a list of numbers and messages which will be sent daily. If you can ...It should also have the capacity to work as an auto dialler with random lengths of calls before it cuts off. I will need the full hard coding also at the end. I don't have a big budget so only bid if you can manage it.

Hi there, the project is not difficult and could be made within low budget too, don't worry about it! You will need possibly a server for uploading a numbers list. Relevant Skills and Experience Described tasks are well known to me and I created a somewhat similar app. I can also make some advice to make the app better!
