Smartphone App for Cardiac First Reponse (CFR) Responders

We are looking for a smart phone app that can provide an application to support our community based volunteers. The app will consist of a web application designed for CFRs interfacing with any smart phone, i.e. iPhone, android phones, Windows etc. It will allow the Command Control and Communication Centre ﴾CC&CC﴿ to know who is responding, when and where they are responding. The system will allow Fleet Managers to measure response times of the CFRs by means of a web‐based reporting system ﴾Tracking Avl Website﴿.
The user will select the app on their smart phone and login using their username and password. Once logged in the user will give details of their name, location, availability time and radius ﴾the area which they are available to respond to﴿, which will then be recorded in the system. This availability information’ will enable CC&CC to send a text message to the CFR in the event of their availability data matching an incident.
