sone ios and android app

I need a team for making changes to an iOS/Android application with Laravel(PHP) back-end. It interacts with an XMPP server (Openfire). The Application has several features, the users register in tha app using their facebook account. They can edit their profile, create drives, search for drives created by other users and chat with other users. Drives are from the user living place to college or from the college to the living place.. Drives can be free or payed. Drives can be shared in facebook, this is already done, I need you'd be able to share drives and other information in WhatsApp too. The chat is implemented in Android using Smack, an XMPP library, for the requested task it's important that the freelancer knows about using XMPP and preferibly, how to use Smack for Android to interact with an XMPP server. In iOS it uses XMPPFramework, so XMPP knowlege it's highly required (since XMPPFramework has many features that can be only implemented sending and receiving XMPP messages). The Back-End is implemented in Laravel 4.2 Framework. Some of the tasks require that you modify the server side, so it's very important that the frelancer knows using this framework, also configuring it, adding elements to the DBase (MySQL is used, but you should use preferibly Laravel Migration system). There's a REST Api implemented, not documented, so you should understand [login to view URL] of Laravel to understand this API, but the most important is that you should add some few functions to this. Tha Android Appliation uses Retrofit and simple AsyncTasks to access to this API... iOS uses Rest2Mobile library. Android application uses both, ActiveAndroid ORM and direct SQLite api to store the local data of the app... iOS uses Realm ORM. At the end I need that you ensure everything be working okay in the server (so, you need to be able to check and fix any issue with IIS (Internet Information Service of Windows Server) and Laravel). And I need that you help me publish everything in GPlay too... The app is 99% done, I only need some things to be fixed (many related to simple design things), and a simple feature related with server and XMPP. iOS application should be translated to hebrew (I will provide translation), you only should insert Hebrew in the app (it's in English right now). Android has both languages already implemented. Please bid in this project only if you have the requested knowledges, I need the project to be completed ASAP, so don't bid if you don't know how to do it!... I'm not a programmer, so many of this description was provided by my previous programmer, you should be able to understand all the things by yourself, and implement the tasks that I will request...
