a very simple audio playing app. PREFER BIDS FROM US/EUROPE/AUS

i have 9 audio files. I need a simple app that can embedd these as resources. The app will be a simple black screen with a silver 'start' button in it. Once clicked, it will toggle to 'stop' It will play the first tile 6 times followed by second file 12 times followed by third file 18 times followed by fourth file 20 times followed by fifth file 20 times followed by sixth file 20 times followed by seventh file 20 times followed by eighth file 100 times followed by 9th file once. Then it will stop (will not autostart or repeat) This is a very simple project, my budget is $40 max. UI has only a start/stop button and an exit button. NO BIDS FROM INDIAPAK
