Write an Android application

We are a consultancy firm located in Mumbai. We specialized in accounting, taxation and business registration. So far our client base was Banks and MSME businesses situated in Mumbai. This coming financial year we are planning to expand our business beyond Mumbai. Hence, we are planning to launch a website as well as an Android application through which we can offer our services such as return filling (TDS, Income Tax, VAT, CST) Business registrations (Company/LLP) and Tax registrations (GST, VAT, ST) etc. Application and website will serve as a platform for the following. 1. we can give a brief discussion about our services to clients. 2. Client can choose the service he requires and provide the required documents for the same. 3. He will complete the transaction by paying a small deposit amount of say 10% of the fees. 4. We will execute the service chosen and deliver the documents to clients place. For E.g. A person wants to file an income tax return. He visits our website/application and signs up. Selects the service/plan he wants. In this case income tax return for salaried people ITR-1. He will provide/upload all the necessary details required such as FORM 16 and Bank statements online. He makes the down payment and receives a token no. We will file his ITR for him and courier the documents to his address. Scope of this assignment: 1. Develop application and/or website and host the same on Godaddy/google (We have registered a domain [login to view URL] from godaddy and also have purchased google developer console login) 2. Integrate the payment gateway with the website and/or app (We have already singed up with payumoney) 3. Provide for the patches and monthly/ quarterly maintenance of the website/application. Note: Freelancers specialized in both website and application development will be preferred.
