Write an Android application for extremely simlpe photo manipulation

The app is for fixing the color of the image based on a properties of a chosen region. . 1) The user import a photo. 2) The user draw a region on the screen 3) The algorithm (a simple 10 line algorithm) corrects the colors of the original image based on the region statistics 4) The user saves the new photo Below is the matlab code that does the same thing I want the app to do.
