I would like to create an mobile app similar to weeconomics and flexcom where you can become a member and get a card that works with a QR code and all members get a membership commission and they will find merchants that will use this system with commission and these merchants will register customers. and all this will happen with QR card registrations digital and cards.

Customers will be able to add money to their account and check that in the system

members and merchants will be getting commissions and will be able to cash out and both must be able to order qr cards and see their customers lists.
