We are looking to create an app that is compatable with multple mobile technology sources (ipad, iphone, android, and desktops) that has the ability to pretty much replicate an excel document template and the user inserts data is appropriate cells and then hits submit and all the data gets sent to a cloud data base (so we can collect the data) and will save/print the template with their cell entries inserted appropriately. It is for the healthcare field and athletic testing. I dont know if something like this is possible but please contact me if your interested!
