Need to develop an iPhone chat app. The app isn't too complex but the developer would need to know how to develop location based chat apps and chat rooms. I have the app icon and splash screen however, the developer would also need to supply other screens. The design is a simple 2 color basic design. This app would be hosted on a linux server. It can be on a open source backend like dream factory, baasbox etc. that can be deployed on linux.
The budget is $500 so please make sure you agree with it before submitting bids. The detailed requirements are in the file attached.
