Write simple iPhone app

We want an iOS app which describes the informations related to a restaurant: description, map (google map with lat,lon coordonates), phones and a menu.
The app should have :
1. Splash screen -> with a logo and the menu in XML form from an URL is loaded on a SQL database in the iPhone.
2. Main screen with a background image and buttons: menu, phones, map, info
What are the buttons doing:
3. Phones -> a pop-up list with contact phones that someone can press and make the calls;
4. open Menu screen -> a list with the menu parced from phone database and a search bar for filtering the displayed information;
5. open Map screen-> a google map with a marker with lat and lon coordonates ;
6. open Info screen -> a describing text;
4,5,6 screens must have on top a header with small logo image and 2 buttons: phone (a pop-up list with calling phones) and a back button.
We will provide the graphics (images, logo, buttons) and all the information. We will take care of the publishing part.
