Youtube API Phone App Developer

Need someone with experience building mobile apps on IOS and Android devices using Youtube API 3 within IOS or Android devices. The app will simply play a list of predefined youtube videos with schedule generated by playlists data pulled from XML-RPC API. We will provide the data you need to implement. Native video player must support autoplay functionality, specified offset parameters and full screen or fixed mode.
