Zakat Calculator App

I need App specific in calculating zakat in Islam, in this app I need 4 activities displayed like a tab and the user can slide ( swipe ) left and right to move between them, the first page I want it to be introduction and provisions about the zakat, second page we want it to be a calculator to calculate the amount that the user should pay it as zakat, and this will happen when the user first select the type of zakat the he want to perform the zakat on it, and then select amount the user has, and then when the user click on calculate the result appear in the screen, third page it will be a reminder, when the user determine the current date and the amount the user has from any type of things that the user need to perform zakat on it, and after one year a notification appears in the user screen remind him/her that it is the time to pay zakat for the amount the user specified before one year. the fourth page it will be about the app details and contact information and to add created by SEU Students. I need it open source and without any signature, so that I can add or remove and review the codes, and I need some one to follow up with us till we deliver the project, and fix the errors if there are, and to show us any of his/her project that you made it before.
