I have gone through with your requirement and understand that your goal is to load a different HTML files (link) in web view when clicking different tabs and I have to add a new tab and have to create the web view for this tab. I am ready to provide you a cost effective solution and ready to start the application in $250 though I have not yet gone through with your source code. Adding a tab is not a major task but it is really required to gone through with your source code because We will wse the UITabBar class which allow us this customization. Will use UITabBarItem class to create items and the setItems:animated: method to add them to a tab bar. We will use the selectedItem property to access the current item. We will not be able to modify if your source code managed the tab by tab bar controller (an instance of the UITabBarController class) because system will raise an exception. In that case to managed tab bar, or its items, only through the tab bar controller API. The Native application will collect the UUID for registering the device for Push Notification. To get the UDID we will use the ASIdentifierManager Class for iOS and for android we will use Secure.ANDROID_ID. Now we have to consider one thing that this UDID will be reset if user will reset the device. Can you please specify that is your application a Hybrid application, I mean are you using Phone gap or Titanium? I need some light regarding the links and the views for the new additional tab.

But I have to inform that apple may reject ios version if you are going to open webviews on each tab. 2.12 - Apps that are not very useful, unique, are simply web sites bundled as Apps, or do not provide any lasting entertainment value may be rejected Maybe we will need to add some more native functionality.
