Music notation. Time sensitive

Hello dear employer, I am an experienced music composer/arranger/transcriber. And Sibelius is my main software to help working out my musical works/jobs. Have been in this field for over than 5 years. Despite being a new member here, I have been working on many similar projects in other freelancer platform. I am highly interested in working for you to get this job done. One thing I am a little bit confused of: What did you mean by "during Thursday"? Is it this Thursday? This is Thursday now in my place. which thursday? how long is it? Is sibelius 7 good enough? I have enough free time and can deliver quickly, but tomorrow I'm out of town.
