Restoration of hacked site

My site was hacked about a month ago when my host's network was attacked. The defacement worked by replacing index files in all public_html directories with the attacker's index.php. As it turned out it was just taking over the web site's home page and nothing more. Unfortunately I had no recent back up so the problem is now to go through the files to see which are hacked and which aren't. I need a coder to check everything on the site (databases, links etc), fix bugs and generally clean up the site. I need that done as soon as possible.
