Need TCL-Script for IRC-Eggdrop <-> Data-Entry into MySQL DB

I need somebody who is able to write an TCL script for an IRC-eggdrop bot which is able to join/stay in a specific channel on a given network and fetches strings which are made like this :

From these lines I need:

-Date + Time (this i really need both)

-what is written between the second [ ] (e.g. X264)

-what comes after the second [] ... so like: Teen.Wolf.S03E23.Insatiable.German.Dubbed.DVDRip.x264-TCPA

- I need the "TCPA" as well, so what is the last string after the "-"

This data must be stored with a new entry in an existing database in the related columns.

Sometimes there will be another line like this:

[2014-10-13 17:55:59] <@Slurms> [NUKE] We.Are.What.We.Are.2013.LiMiTED.FRENCH.BDRip.x264-DEAL [dupe.RUDE.2014-09-16] [FRENCHNET]

For this case, I need an update on an existing data-record which changes a flag in database (nuked = 0 to nuked = 1) and enter the reason in the same data-record in the column "reason" (here for example: [dupe.RUDE.2014-09-16] )

Best would be if you are also able to set-up the eggdrop so that it will be able to start working right away.
