Database, SQL or Excel Workbook

I collect and store racing reseults and then use the data to analyse future races. I currently use Excel workbooks for this task. The files have become large and the process require a lot of manual adjustment of data. Looking for suggestions of how to improve this, either by conversion to a database or using different methods in Excel to achive better functionality with less manual adjustments than at present. Also, my current results data workbook is more than 110Mb and the upcoming analysis sheets are more than 20Mb each, so very slow and awkward. The reason I chose to use excel initially was its availability on most computers. I have previously loked at Access but this is not available as standard on many machines. I want something that will be easy to access, easy to use and will automate most of the process. I am willing to look at suggestions for Access or similar, improvement of Excel or even online solution, although I worry that sometimes I may not have access or it will require large data bandwidth. Even a combination of a database to store the data and then do the calculations and analysis in Excel. Looking for someone who can make a workable suggestion and then create what I need to make this work better. At present, in my workbooks I have about 500,000 rows of data, and this grows by about 1500 rows per day, 363 days per year. So, I require something that will cater into the future as well. I have attached a Word document that tries to explain what I need and shows screenshots of what I use now. I have also attached a sheet which shows how I get the raw data results that I add each day to my database. I add about 14 steets of results like this each day. Any solution will need to allow me add data each day by copy and paste from this format. A Freelancer with some knowledge of racing or even sport would be an advantage.
