Connect to Local MySql Databse

I have a MySql Database that has somehow lost its ability to connect to the local host. I have three computers workstations in the same building and a shared database program… One is a Windows 7 (Main) computer and the other two are XP computers. I need to connect this database connected to all three computers sharing data among the network. It has been configured before so I am thinking the configuration has somehow lost the ability to connect and it is a matter of connecting to the (main). I need somebody who is proficient and reliable to troubleshoot the network settings of MySql Database and remedy the connections. I will provide TeamViewer Access ID’s and Passwords to implement a Client Program Database.
