Backend Data Consolidation Routines

The job have the objective of import, store and consolidate indicators from trouble tickets from a external software. The data should be pooled from the trouble tickets software or pushed from the trouble tickets software. * Amazon web services will be used. It is necessary to identify the services that will be needed. * It is preferred to use python (Django) and MySQL. * The data should be received from the external software using database integration or API (to be defined) * All the tickets imported should be stored in a database and contain the historical data. * The trouble tickets data should be consolidated periodically in a table containing indicators and historical registers * System should perform with huge amount of data on a long period of time (no limit for historical records) * The data model will be provided but it is open for discussion and enhancements. * The indicators are: - Total tickets by category - Total tickets by sub-category - Total tickets by status - Status Mean time (diagnostic, solution and dispatch) As the deliverable of the job is expected: * The system working bug free * The source code in a Github account * Simple documentation (could be inside the code) ### THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE SYSTEM!!!
