If I can give you some advice, Its better to create this project in java, most likely in play framework 1.2.5 (for java web framework). I have done my scraping project on that platform. I'm use MySQL for the DBMS Then my application 100% work under REST service. Its nice to write your code fully in REST so you can turn your application into API based system, which means you can RENT your data, without do much additional coding, moreover, this play framework 1.2.5 using pure ORM with JPA, and its more convenient when your IDE can have some Intellisense capability. And for the scraper, I love casperjs very much, and I've mastered it because my main project required to use scraping technique, so I choose this one. It's easy too maintain the automation speed. The deadline which I propose (which is 7 days), just for building the scraping system, scrape data and store to database. Additional time required if you need to build the fully UI, and its for only 1 website which need to be scraped
