Change SQL designer to add more web2py validators

I would like to add more and make this to web2py specific. For example readable, writable, format like name, title, url,email,is not in db, is in db, is not empty, is required, n finally reference. But I believe reference is done by using foreign keys. This are basically DAL syntax (you can download pyDAL from github). Here is another example.
