Hello. We are a start-up and we just started a Condominium Management Application. This application is supposed to register all income and expenses of the condominium, generate invoices, receipts and reports. We would like help from an experienced Java development team/developer to finish the project and if successful help us out with the other active projects we have. We are planing 4 modules: Access Control (90% done), Registration (Properties, owners, tenant, 80% done), Revenue (20% Done), Expenses(0% done). The most important features we want on this application are: One click accountability, Income by revenue type, expenses by revenue type, property history, debtors report, revenue history, gate remote control disabling, multiple current accounts. We would require the bidder to code under the existing code base that is based on Mysql , Hibernate, Spring, Maven and ZK for the front end.
