Create windows Service Application in java that monitor activities on students table

Table one: students (id, code, name, sex, address, telephone, performed, operator,status) Table two: Students_activities (id, code, name, sex, address, telephone, status, Operator) swing- display textbox for operator name, user enter it 1tab: display all students in jtable. option to insert,delete,update the student. It would add performed=0 and status = insert/update/delete on each operation 2tab: display all student_activities read only. window service - check all student which performed=0. invoke SP with all parameters(id, code, name, sex, address, telephone, status, Operator) and sP (stored procedures) will insert into student_activities and then windows service will make student table performed=1. No need to use a trigger, only windows service can handle the activities on students table. We have 2 small application here, one a normal java swing application with one form and one jtable to display students information and a java service that can handle the activities on student table.
