AWS RDS MySQL, API Gateway, AWS Lambda

i would like to have a MySQL database with 2 tables (users and Transactions) which can be exposed with AWS API Gateway and AWS Lambda. Free lancer who will be assigned the project will have the responsibility to develop a 100% bug free project and will be responsible to submit a step by step guide explaining how to install the code and how to run and execute the code properly. the potential candidate to the project should have previous experience in dealing with AWS. the API developed here should be protected (HTTPS and token) Users table fields: user_id primary key, INT auto increment, phone_number (format +0000000), old_phone_number VARCHAR (format +0000000), created_date TIMESTAMP, network INT, status INT, last updated TIMESTAMP, last_updated_by VARCHAR renew INT Transaction table fields: transaction_id key, INT auto increment user_id INT phone_number VARCHAR (format +00000) Start_date TIMESTAMP Expiry_date TIMESTAMP Payment_method VARCHAR transaction_reference VARCHAR API needed (HTTPS) - checkUser (parameter phone) - return (1 + user_id+ status + network + created_date) if phone is in users table (phone_number and old_phone_number) or 0 if doesn't exist in database) -newTransaction (Parameter: phone + Date + expiry_date + transaction_id + payment_method) - insert into transaction table, return 1 for success and 0 for failure - stopAutoRenew - (parameter: phone_number) update users table, change renew field to 0 -changePhoneNumber (Parameter: old_phone, new_phone) update user table, put new_phone in phone_number and old_phone in old_phone_number -suspendAccount (Parameter: phone_number) update users table, set status to 0 -reactivate Account (Parameter: phone_number) update users table, set status to 1 + a couple of other simple API that we will determine later
