Basic Admin System for client contact details: Laravel REST Backend and Vue.js Frontend.

I need someone to build me REST API backend in Lumen (not the full Laravel, but the lightweight Lumen). This Rest API should authenticate user from the Vue.js frontend with tokenbased authentication. Middleware should do the autentication You should build user authentication with groups. The admin user group must be able to edit the users and assign new passwords to them or change their groups. Users should be able to change their own passwords. Certain /routes/ should be protected and the vue.js frontend should handle any permission rejection elegantly (ie, with a nice error message). The Vue.js frontend must use the free template from [login to view URL] See example here [login to view URL] (but for this starter project we'll only have a simple menu on the side). The Menu on the side would be ====== Admin (header not clickable) My Contact Details (goes to form with standard contact detail fields. Always updatable) Edit users (needs admin group permission, allows admin to update users) System Update Password (user can update his password, but must provide correct existing password first, password must be secure... ie letters and numbers must be present). ======= Correct Migration files for the database must be supplied.
